CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

 


1. PAYMENT

As a user of the SportsJig Platform, you understand that the Services like Events, Offers, Classes or Memberships are delivered by Third Party Providers and may result in charges to you for the services or goods you order from the Third Party Provider ("Charges").

The charges for the services are paid by the you in Advance at the time of Booking the Service with the Third Party Provider (Merchant). You receive a Booking Code from SportsJig at the time of booking the Service and successfully completing the payment to SportsJig for the services booked with the Third Party Provider (Merchant).

At the time of receiving the Service booked, you will have to show / present the Booking Code to the Third Party Provider either on your phone or a print out of the emailed ticket, so that the booked service can be activated (Booked Ticket Redeemed).

After you have received services or goods booked through your use of the SportsJig Platform, SportsJig will facilitate the transfer of your payment of the applicable Charges to the Third Party Provider, as such Third Party Provider's limited payment collection agent.

Payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to the Third Party Provider. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by SportsJig.

After you have received services or goods obtained through the Service, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave additional feedback about your Third Party Provider. If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to SportsJig via an email to hello@sportsjig.com within 24 hours of redemption of a Service Request. SportsJig will try to mediate when necessary.

As between you and SportsJig, SportsJig reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time in SportsJig's sole discretion.

2. CANCELATION

You may elect to cancel your request for services or goods from a Third Party Provider at any time prior to redemption of the Booking Code which is equivalent to activation of the Service Delivery by such Third Party Provider's.

Cancelation Request can be made by an email to hello@sportsjig.com

On successful cancelation of a Service Request, a Cancelation Confirmation email will be sent to the users email id.

In case of cancelation of a Service Request prior to redemption, you will be charged a cancellation fee of INR 100/-.

3. REFUND

Once the Service Request has been activated by redeeming a Booking Code, the charges are payable to the Third Party Provider and the amount paid is Non-Refundable.

If a Booked Service Request is not delivered by the Third Party Provider in the time frames published by them in the Service Offering, a cancelation request can be initiated by the user to SportsJig Platform by an email to hello@sportsjig.com

If the request if found valid, the Service Booking will be cancelled and a Cancelation Confirmation email will be sent to the users email id. Full Refund will be initiated within 5 Working days from the date of cancelation.

In case of Cancelation of a Service Request by the user, the refund (less cancelation fee) will be initiated within 5 Working Days from the date of cancelation.
